Here are my top 7 Essential Oils for emotional balance, stress relief and overall wellness:
Lavender
Do you have tense stand-offs with toddlers who insist on peeing on the floor rather than the potty?
Are you trying to pump breastmilk in a cramped, stinky bathroom stall at work during a 15-minute break?
A few drops of lavender on your wrist or in your home diffuser can take the edge off a bad situation in seconds. Directions: Apply a few drops to your wrist or about 4 drops in your home diffuser. INHALE DEEPLY.
Peace & Calming
I use this sweet, fragrant blend of oils as a roller ball in my pocket oils case, so it’s always handy. Directions: I apply it as a roller ball behind the ears, the back of my neck and along my collarbone as a fragrance or to promote feelings of tranquility. In the evenings, diffuse about three drops to encourage a peaceful transition from dinner to bedtime.
Stress Away
This one is best used as a roller ball also so it’s always handy for stressful situations. It’s sweet, complex scent is just what the therapist ordered; dab it behind your ears, on your temples, and your wrists and inhale.

Frankincense is my go-to when I need to get stuff DONE! It’s also part of my personal blend, along with Lavender, Copaiba, and Jojoba Oil, that I apply right out of the shower every morning. This stuff saves lives! The blend of Sacred Frankincense with Peppermint essential oils provides a calm, balance, and steady focus that is worth every penny in this bottle.
